OPSEC Technical Analyst I
The OPSEC Technical Analyst’s primary function is to provide integrated intelligence, counterintelligence and technical analysis products to facilitate informed risk management decisions and develop cost-effective technical and non-technical risk mitigation solutions for a variety of DoD Special Access Program and
Intelligence customers.
In this role you will…
- Access and perform research on designated automated intelligence databases
- Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information tailored to the customer’s requirements
- Identify susceptibilities and vulnerabilities and assess the impact
- Author threat documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other intelligence products
- Present briefings to key government customer personnel
- Additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of related experience
- SAP experience desired
- Must have knowledge of intelligence community and standard DoD Intelligence Information Systems including JDISS and Intellink
- Background in Information Operations and Signals Intelligence analysis, specifically communications networks, radio wave propagation, and signals analysis
- Experience in analyzing space systems, operations security and conducting intelligence support to force modernization programs
- Experience or training on Advanced Satellite Toolkit software
- Knowledge of USAF Acquisition Program & Technology Protection
- Must be familiar with DoD, National and applicable service and agency security policy, manuals and standards
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
Security Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI required
- Must be able to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly
Other Requirements:
- Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
- May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
- Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $89,165 - $120,635. Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
