In this role you will…
- Support security program planning, development, management, and monitoring activities specifically for the Mission Security/Threat Management Assessment Team.
- Process daily incident reports, violations, and urgent (threat) reports utilizing TM report tracking and NIMBUS database(s).
- Maintain up to date records of DOSM, DDOSM, and AO contact databases
- through Consolidated District Information System (CDIS) database
- Provide content input for Mission Security/Threat Management SharePoint site.
- Submit annual Incident/Threat report summary.
- Support program management functions to include analysis, briefing preparation, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in and execute budget and project tracking initiatives. Continually monitor the budget comparing against the Status of Funds (SOF) provided information.
- Serve as back-up for the Budget position to initiate procurements.
- 5 years of experience in administrative support functions to include interpreting and adapting guidelines, including unwritten policies and precedents for the maintenance of day-to-day operations.
- Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database use. Requires excellent organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is desired
- Public Trust clearance is required
- May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
- Requires ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks including filing and scanning
- May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
- Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
- Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Other duties as assigned
